1. FMS Simulation Tools Development

Responsibility: Develop simulation tools for Flight Management System

Domain expertise required: Systems/Avionics Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree, Scientific computer engineering, Software architecture/development

Technology expertise required: FMS, relevant avionics protocols, simulation environment for embedded systems, knowledge of Rhapsody, Matlab, Visual Studio, Eclipse for Java, modeling & test tools, programming languages (UML, C++, Visual C++, Java, RMI, Matlab, XML).

Experience: 1 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.

2. Digital Mock Up Tools Development

Responsibility: Develop CAD/Simulation interface tools in the aircraft Digital Mock Up for supporting Engineering studies

Domain expertise required: Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree, Software architecture/concepts, PDM / PLM concepts

Technology expertise required: strong expertise in CATIA V5, CAA for CATIA, DMU, CAD/CAE link object-oriented language (C++). Exposure to electrical harness module in CATIA V5 will be an added value.

Experience: 1 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.

3. Fluid Dynamics Tools Development

Responsibility: Lead a team whose objective is to develop leading edge methodologies and numerical tools in the field of Aircraft Fluid Dynamics

Domain expertise required: Aeronautical Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree, nume-
rical analysis, scientific computer engineering Technology expertise required: advanced knowledge in Aircraft Aerodynamics & Aerother-mics, strong expertise in CFD tools, scientific programming languages (C++, Fortran, MPI, Python, …)

Experience: 10 to 14 years of relevant professional experience and people management.

4. Aerothermics Tools Development

Responsibility: Develop aero-thermal capabilities and methodologies to improve the accuracy of internal flow simulation.

Domain expertise required: Aeronautical Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree, numerical analysis, scientific computer engineering

Technology expertise required: Fluid Dynamics with specific qualifications in Aerothermics, knowledge of CFD tools (Fluent), scientific programming languages (C++, Fortran, MPI, Python, …)

Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.

5. Aeroelastics Analysis

Responsibility: Consistently improve the aircraft Aeroelastics knowledge, by developing leading edge numerical tools and methodologies and by producing data for Airbus products in development.

Domain expertise required: Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineer, numerical optimization, scientific computer engineering

Technology expertise required: Structural Dynamics/Aeroelastics preferably with a Masters Degree, Finite Element analysis, knowledge and practice of NASTRAN & PATRAN structural mechanics/dynamics (Sol 200 package), programming with Fortran, C, C++, Tcl, Tk

Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.

6. Structural Stress Analysis & CAE Tools Development

Responsibility: Perform structural analysis of Airbus components by applying advanced numerical methods. Develop a 3D test-CAE Environment.

Domain expertise required: Aeronautical/Structural Mechanics Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree, scientific computer engineering

Technology expertise required: structural mechanics from basic linear elasto-static to nonlinear static, Finite Elements modeling rules, structural test methods, testing methodology, mechanical behavior of metallic & composite materials, hands-on experience of Hypermesh (or ANSA) and of ABAQUS Std v.6.7, programming with Fortran, Python scripting, Abaqus CAE programmable interface. Knowledge of CATIA V5 will be of added value.

Experience: 3 to 12 years of relevant professional experience.

7. Research & Technology Coordination

Responsibility: Coordinate joint collaborative R &T projects between Airbus and Indian Labs / Institutes.

Domain expertise required: Aeronautical Engineer with a postgraduate / doctoral qualification

Technology expertise required: Engineering experience in the areas of Aircraft Flight Physics, Structure and Systems, knowledge of R&T environment, excellent communication & presentation skills

Experience: 10 years of relevant professional experience.
