· Experience with developing Web applications on one of the following platforms: J2EE, ColdFusion, ASP, and ASP.NET.

· Experience in any one of the following application servers: WAS, Web Logic, JBoss, JRun

· Some knowledge of other technologies associated with Web applications: databases, user interface technology, design patterns and application architecture, networking

· Experience in presentations/demonstrations in front of small and large audiences.

· Demonstrate excellent communication and troubleshooting skills along with a proactive, sales-oriented personality.

· Willing to travel for up to 50% of the time within India.

· Prior knowledge of some Adobe /Macromedia products is preferred.
