Position: Java - Technical Lead

Profile Description:

This request is for an experienced a software developer for software development engagements across various business units. Designs and develops software modules and ensures assigned activities are completed within committed time and technical objectives. Keeps abreast of engineering/applied research trends and developments and Incorporates them into appropriate segments of overall programs.

Required Skills:

Expert level knowledge of Java J2ee Technologies along with Min 1 year Experience essential in SPRING (in MVC mandatory & IOC ) and Hibernate.

1. Experience in JSP, EJB optional, XML, Servlets, Struts is mandatory and knowledge on JBPM
2. Would be an added advantage.
3. Broad understanding of Web-Services (JAXWS / AXIS / METRO) and of related Implementation techniques. – Few months of experience would do
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. High degree of competency in Object-Oriented Design and Analysis.
6. Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
7. Data base: SQL basics
