* Strong in supporting and developing Dot Net based applications.
* 6-8 years of IT experience.
* Retail Domain knowledge.
* Dot Net Frameworks 1.0 to latest versions
* ASP.NET, MS-SQL
* Basics of PDA based applications development and support.
* Knowledge of Quality frameworks (including frameworks for Support)
* Should have a good service and support attitude
* Should be with good attitude and fairly well in communication.

PL/SQL :

- Total IT Experience: 3-4 years of exp in Oracle – Forms (Essential), PL/SQL and UNIX Shell scripts.

- Able to develop, do minor enhancements and support the existing application using Oracle Forms, PL/SQL and UNIX.

- Able to perform support functions pertaining to the existing application and resolve issues within the given timeframe and SLAs.

- Highly Capable of quickly analyzing the problem and provide inputs

- Desirable skills: ORMS and Retail Domain Knowledge

- Good communication and analytical skills.
