Mandatory Skills ( Position : Tech Lead) · Must have 6-9 years of hands on experience in designing and developing .Net based solutions · Strong in OOPS and RDBMS · Must have rich experience in developing solutions using ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server · Sound C# skills · Experience in SQL Server 2000/2005 · Ability to propose solutions architecture on .Net platform · In-depth understanding of .Net platforms (ranging from .Net 1.1 to .Net 3.5 versions) · In-depth understanding of various patterns and practices in .Net platform · In-depth understanding of various Microsoft technologies and it's integration aspects · Product development experience is highly preferred · Experience in unit test automation · Experience in build automation · Experience in estimation techniques
· Exhibit strong leadership skills in successfully executing projects on Microsoft .Net platform · Exhibit strong technical skill sets on .Net platform · Provide technical guidance to various teams at the EDC. · Strong analytical and team-based problem solving skills · Strong communication (both verbal and written), customer relationship and leadership skills. · Lead team of software engineers in analysis, design and development efforts, but has minimal people management responsibilities and more of mentoring responsibilities: lead by doing rather than by supervising · In addition to above, all those mentioned in the Ness Intranet against the level/position applies
