| EXPERIENCE (Mandatory) | 4-9 yrs in Java, J2ee, Swings or 3-9 yrs in Java, J2ee, Struts, Hibernate, Web services |
| ESSENTIAL SPECIFICATIONS | Should have experience in IT industry. Excellent communication skills and maturity to understand customer’s need. |
